Proud 2 Play Inc. (“Proud 2 Play”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and how we handle it under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Enquiry and booking forms: your name, organisation, role, email, phone and anything you tell us in the message.
- Resource Hub accounts: your name, email address, password (stored encrypted) and the resources you save.
- Expressions of interest and support requests: the details you choose to share, which may include information about your identity or experiences. You can choose how much to tell us.
- Donations: processed by Raisely. We receive your name, contact details and donation amount, not your full card details.
- Website use: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to enquiries, deliver programs and training, run your Resource Hub account, process donations and issue receipts, send updates you have asked for, improve the website, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
AI answers in the Resource Hub
The Resource Hub can answer questions using Proud 2 Play content. When you ask a question, the text of your question is sent to an AI service provider (OpenAI, which processes data in the United States) to generate the answer. Please do not include personal or sensitive details in your questions. Answers are general information, not professional advice.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run the website and our programs. They only use your information to provide their service to us:
- Kinsta (website hosting)
- Google Analytics and Google Maps (website analytics and the Activity Directory map)
- Raisely (donations)
- Sender.net (email newsletters)
- Salesforce (managing enquiries, bookings and support requests)
- OpenAI (AI answers in the Resource Hub)
Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect it.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences and understand how the website is used. You can control cookies through the cookie banner and your browser settings.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Passwords are encrypted and access to our systems is limited to people who need it.
Access, correction and deleting your account
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete your Resource Hub account, by emailing hello@proud2play.org.au.
